Phil Worrall has 34 years experience in the motor industry, beginning his working life as a vehicle technician in a local Vauxhall dealership. Phil then progressed into the vehicle body shop as a damage estimator.
Phil has also worked for Aviva insurance as a vehicle image engineer, as a body shop manager for a local Peugeot dealership and as a consultant engineer for a leading UK independent assessors.
Service Standards
– Confirmation of receipt of instruction by return e-mail
– Initial contact with the vehicle holder made within 24 hours of instruction
– Once the location is confirmed we will offer a vehicle inspection within the next 48 working hour period
– A full CPR compliant report provided within 24 working hours of inspection
